Rihlatak is a hotel meta-search tool. We help you find prices; we don't take your booking. These terms govern your use of the site.
What Rihlatak is (and isn't)
Rihlatak is a search and price-comparison service. We aggregate live hotel inventory and prices from partner suppliers and link you to their booking pages. We are not a travel agent, we don't hold inventory, and we don't process payments. Your booking, your refund, your check-in — all of those are between you and the supplier whose site you completed the booking on.
Price accuracy
Prices shown on Rihlatak are indicative only — fetched from supplier feeds at the moment of search and displayed for comparison. Supplier prices change in real time and may differ, sometimes substantially, by the time you reach the booking page. We do not guarantee the displayed price, we do not pre-verify or re-verify it at click-out, and we do not notify you when a price has changed. Only the price shown on the supplier's own site at the moment you confirm the booking is binding. If the price has changed when you arrive at the supplier's site, this service does not cover or compensate that difference.
Affiliate disclosure
Rihlatak earns commissions from partner suppliers when bookings are made via our links. This commission comes from the supplier's margin and never increases the price you pay. We also rank and surface offers based on a mix of price, supplier trust score, and review quality — not based on commission rate. We never sort offers by what pays us most.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, abuse, or reverse-engineer our service. Don't use Rihlatak to commit fraud, launder money, or facilitate any illegal booking activity. We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or terminate access for clear abuse.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is." Hotel details, photos, ratings, and amenities come from supplier data and we present them in good faith but don't independently verify every property. If a supplier shows incorrect information, please report it to that supplier.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rihlatak's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the affiliate commission we earned (if any) on the disputed booking. We are not liable for cancellations, delays, room quality, supplier insolvency, or any other booking outcome — those are between you and the supplier.
