We collect the minimum we need to make Rihlatak work for you. This page explains what, why, and what's off-limits.
What we collect
Search queries (destination, dates, guests, filters) so we can fetch prices from partners. Locale, currency, and country preferences saved in cookies so the site keeps your settings between visits. Basic anonymous analytics (page views, session duration) for product improvement. We don't collect names, emails, payment data, or phone numbers unless you contact us.
Cookies we set
rh_currency — your displayed currency. rh_country — your region for the catalog. rh_consent — your cookie acceptance state. These are functional cookies needed for the site to work and persist for up to 12 months. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies by default.
Third parties
When you click "Go to site" on a hotel offer, you leave Rihlatak and arrive on the supplier's own site. From that point their privacy policy applies — we have no visibility into what you do there. The supplier may pay us a referral commission on a successful booking; this involves us seeing a confirmation event but no personal data.
Data we never store
Payment details, identity documents, government IDs, biometric data, your contacts list, your location beyond country-level. We don't sell data to third parties. We don't run ad-tech.
Your rights
Email us to request deletion of any data tied to you (typically just analytics-level session metadata, since we don't have an account system). We respond within 30 days.
